Description
Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is the delivery of oxygen (ventilation support) via a face mask and therefore eliminating the need of an endotracheal airway. NIV achieves comparative physiological benefits to conventional mechanical ventilation by reducing the work of breathing and improving gas exchange.
Home Non-invasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) is any form of ventilatory support without an endotracheal tube. NIV was originally used in patients with acute respiratory compromises or exacerbations of chronic respiratory diseases, as an alternative to the endotracheal tube.
Application
Thickened tissues and additional fat stores around the airway. The relaxed muscles take up extra space, and as a result, airflow to the lungs is blocked. With the airway blocked, air from the nose and mouth cannot reach the lungs, and the person wakes up often gasping and choking for air.
The ventilator is a machine that uses air pressure to assist the act of breathing performed by the lungs. NIV consists of the ventilator unit itself, some tubing and a mask that you wear to allow the air pressure to enter the respiratory system. NIV is issued when respiratory failure is diagnosed and your medical team believe that you would benefit from your breathing being supported by a ventilator.
Advantage
360° anti-back flow patent water chamber which can prevent the water in the chamber from returning to main machine when the water is below the highest level.
Unique anti dry burning technology, when the temperature is higher than the limiting temperature, the device will automatically stop heating.
Ultra quiet, the noise level is lower than 30dB during operation, which creates a comfortable quiet sleep environment for patients.
13 intelligent alarm modules, including 13 abnormal alarms and low tidal volume alarm, ensure the safety of patients.
